Delivery Information

Delivery area
We deliver to the United Kingdom, although we regret we cannot offer delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.

2. Delivery costs (UK mainland)
- For orders of £250 and above - free delivery. Please note, a charge of £79 will apply for delivery to the Scottish Highlands (postcode areas IV & KW).
- For orders below £250 - a £25 delivery charge will apply. Please note, a charge of £79 will apply for delivery to the Scottish Highlands (postcode areas IV & KW).
Any delivery charges will be clearly stated on entry of your delivery address at Checkout.

3. Delivery to the islands (e.g. Orkney and Shetland)
For deliveries to the islands, please contact us to discuss delivery before Checkout - our contact details are set out on our Contact Us page.

4. Delivery timescale
- The lead time for delivery is 10 - 15 business days (or 2 - 3 weeks) from date of order.
- Deliveries are usually made Monday through Friday.
Details of the delivery timescale are stated on the relevant product page/s. Please note that delivery timescales may be subject to change in the event of extreme weather conditions or similar circumstances.

5. Order confirmation
When we receive your order we’ll pre-authorise your payment method and provide you with order confirmation by email. We then check our stocks to make sure that your desired items are available for despatch. When items are available for despatch, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order. In the unlikely event that your items are unavailable for despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.

6. How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using reputable, professional logistics providers. Deliveries are usually made Monday through Friday.
Once we process your payment, we’ll despatch your items within the delivery timescale stated on the relevant product page/s and send you a despatch notification by email complete with tracking information. Please note that we choose the most suitable delivery solution for each order - it is not possible to choose a courier or delivery type yourself.

7. Tracking
The despatch notification email we send you will include tracking information (e.g. the name of the shipping company and the tracking number). If you’ve any questions on tracking your order please get in touch with us - our contact details are set out on our Contact Us page.

8. Delivery types
The delivery type for each product is clearly stated on each product page. These are:

Delivery type - 2 person delivery to room of choice
A white-glove 2 person delivery to your room of choice by specialised logistics provider, item unwrapped and packaging taken away for recycling. Assembly packages are available at additional cost - where applicable these are shown on the relevant product pages under the heading ‘Frequently bought together’.
Please note:
- You must provide ease of access for delivery personnel to your premises; items may be bulky and/or heavy, so removal of potential trip hazards (including pets), obstacles, etc is important.
- Delivery personnel are not permitted to remove footwear on entry to domestic premises for safety reasons.
- If an elevator is not available, delivery will be made up no more than 3 flights of stairs.
The lead time for these deliveries is up to 15 business days / 3 weeks from date of order.

Delivery type - kerbside
Delivery is to kerbside - our logistics provider will park their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods to the kerbside. Please note, delivery drivers are not permitted to assist you to move items from the kerbside to your home, so please ensure you have help available as items may be bulky and/or heavy.
The lead time for these deliveries is up to 10 business days / 2 weeks from date of order.

9. Partial delivery
If your items ship in multiple boxes, occasionally delivery of individual boxes may take place on different days. If you’ve not received your full delivery as expected please get in touch with us - our contact details are set out on our Contact Us page.
Likewise, if you find there are missing parts (e.g. fixing kits for self-assembly furniture) please let us know.

10. Delays between carrier scans
Delays between scans during transit are common. Please be assured that we’re committed to ensuring your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date. If more than 6 days have passed since the last tracking update, please get in touch with us and we’ll check the status of your order with the carrier.
